Victoria Beck, Esq., is General Counsel at Sagemont Advisors. In her previous role as a civil litigator and trial attorney, Victoria appeared before both federal and state courts, including the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit, the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey, and the New Jersey Superior Court, as well as governmental agencies, the Public Employment Relations Commission, and the Office of Administrative Law in New Jersey. She also served as a Judicial Law Clerk for the Presiding Judge of the Civil Division in the New Jersey Superior Court.

Victoria received her law degree from Boston College Law School in 2011 and her Bachelor of Arts from Amherst College in 2007. She is licensed to practice law in the State of New York and the State of New Jersey. With years of experience advocating for clients in her civil litigation practice, Victoria brings a unique perspective to her work at Sagemont Tax.

Victoria works closely with clients, ensuring she understands their unique challenges and goals. She possesses a strong understanding of the laws and regulations applicable to the broad range of challenges business owners and leaders may face, positioning her to serve clients’ needs.
