One of the top three reasons fundraisers leave their job is lack of respect within their organization. Often, fundraisers feel that the culture in their organization is beyond their control. Yet, every person on the team influences the culture of the organization. This session will explore the story of Lutheran World Relief and Corus International on their quest to develop a strong fundraising culture within their organization.
Attendees will consider their own influence and leave with action steps for gaining buy-in from all the key stakeholders in the organization.
Learning Outcomes:
- Learn how to positively contribute to a fundraising culture from any position
- The top priorities for building a fundraising culture
- Leave this session having identified your influence and as an emboldened catalyst for positive change
