This session will explore the role of your annual fund in building a broader base of support, branding your annual fund, the importance of a leadership giving society, effective direct mail strategies, key performance metrics and the impact of annual fund participation on your donors.

Chad Jolly, Ph.D., is a Partner in Gonser Gerber, an advancement-consulting firm providing industry-leading counsel for over 65 years. He serves universities, colleges, schools, health care organizations and other nonprofits nationally. Prior to joining the firm, Chad served William Jewell College (Missouri) as Vice President for Institutional Advancement. He has significant experience with all aspects of institutional advancement, including marketing and enrollment management. Chad has served as a featured presenter for a number of professional organizations, including the Council for the Advancement and Support of Education (CASE), AFP, Center for Nonprofit Success, the Gonser Gerber Institute and the Institute of Behavior and Applied Management.
