Fundraising Training in Fort Wayne by The Lutheran Schools Partnership for Churches, Schools, and Nonprofits

It is nearly time for the 5th annual Learn & Lead 2021 on June 7 & 8! This is our annual fundraising training for church leadership, school leadership, and other Lutheran nonprofits held in Fort Wayne with local, regional, and national speakers.
We have added the term "Retreat" because this year we will be at the Kaizen Center, a beautiful retreat center in Southwest Fort Wayne with 17 acres of woods huddled around a fantastic state-of-the-art facility. Here are some highlights:
- There is a dedicated session just for pastors on Monday morning (taught by pastors!)
- Does your organization dream of hiring a fundraising staffer? There is a session on that on Tuesday.
- Two lunch sessions featuring local donors the Bob & Sue Dettmer and Jill Nichols
- Monday evening reception
- Session by Sweetwater Sound on customer service
- Session on Alumni/Confirmand engagement
- Session on how to ask for a gift
- Session on endowments and estate giving
- Session featuring the leader of the IU School of Philanthropy's Fundraising School
- Two options: attend in person or virtually
- Several payment options: can attend both days, or one day, or only the Monday evening program.
- There is also a "team" option! Bring your pastor, board chair, and staff and save (value starts at 3 or more people vs. individual sign-ups).
