You know that donor retention is critical to your organization’s success, especially during this pandemic, when donors are deciding who needs their support the most. Keeping the donors you have, including new donors, is vital to ongoing support. Stop spinning your wheels constantly looking for new donors and create a plan to keep the donors you already have.

This webinar will offer strategies and tactics on retention so you can beat the national average of 45.5 percent donor retention rates.
Increase your rates to 70 or 80 percent by following our simple plan.
Join us as we discuss:
  • The importance of new donor retention
  • Ideas to engage your new donors
  • How to create loyal and committed donors
  • A 5-step process to keeping your new donors
